How long will my flowers stay fresh?

Most of our bouquets stay fresh for 5 to 7 days. To maximize their lifespan, keep them in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and change the water every two days.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday. Availability may vary during peak holidays like Valentine's Day.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient is unavailable, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area or with a neighbor. We will always leave a calling card or send a notification to let you know.

Can I customize my bouquet?

Absolutely! While we offer a wide range of pre-designed arrangements, you can contact our floral consultants via chat or email to create a custom bouquet tailored to your preferences.

What is your return policy for perishable items?

If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will provide a replacement or a full refund immediately.
